CP is a term used in Pokémon Go and other games that stands for "Combat Power". It determines initiative, attack damage and damage resistance all at once. AC is a D&D term that stands for "Armor Class", which translates to how hard it is to hit you with an attack. Basically, Goth Me is experienced and hard to beat, but not undefeatable.
